Commercial Lawn Care in Manistee County
Retail strips, offices, churches, restaurants. The curb appeal your customers walk past every day.
Commercial lawn care is about a different kind of pressure: your customers see the grass every day. A patchy edge, an unfilled hedge, a sandwich wrapper in the bushes — those become quiet signals about how the rest of your business is run.
We work with small commercial properties across Manistee County: retail strips, restaurants, churches, light office buildings, HOAs, and condo grounds. Same crew, same day, photo confirmation attached to your invoice.
What's included

How it works
- 1
Walk the property
We meet at the property — usually 20–30 minutes — to map the route, agree on what's in and out of scope, and identify anything unusual.
- 2
Seasonal contract proposal
We send a one-page contract: weekly visit price, what's included, optional add-ons (cleanups, hedge work). Net-30 billing on monthly invoices.
- 3
Scheduled service days
We slot your property into a recurring route day. Same crew, same day.
- 4
Photo-attached invoices
Monthly invoice with photos from each visit. You forward to the owner or board — no follow-up calls needed.

Frequently asked
Do you bid on RFPs?
For municipal and large institutional work, we typically don't — we're not a multi-crew operation. For light commercial, we negotiate seasonal contracts directly.
Do you provide a Certificate of Insurance?
Yes. $1M general liability and commercial auto. We can name your property management company or condo association as additional insured.
Net-30 billing — really?
Really. We're set up for monthly invoicing with net-30 on commercial accounts. Helps the back office on both sides.
What about snow plowing in winter?
Snow plowing launches November 2026 for commercial customers. If you contract weekly mowing with us through October, we'd prefer to keep your property in our snow rotation too.

Weekly Lawn Mowing
Mow, edge, blow off the hard surfaces. Same day every week. Photo to your phone before we leave the driveway.
Spring Cleanup
Stick and debris removal, dead foliage, light dethatch, bed edging — the work that gets your lawn ready for mowing season.
Fall Cleanup
Leaf removal, final mow, optional gutter sweep. Done before the snow flies so spring is easy.
