Every Friday morning, before your weekend guests arrive (or before you arrive yourself), we mow, edge, and blow off the property. We send a photo when we're done so you know exactly what it looks like. We do a quick visual property check — broken gate, missing mailbox flag, anything obviously off — and we let you know.

How it works

    Onboard the property

    We collect property details, gate codes, where to park, where the dog runs, and the owner's preferred way to receive the photo (text or email).

    Friday mornings

    We mow, edge, blow, and walk the property. We're done by noon — before weekend arrivals.

    Photo + property note

    You get a photo of the finished property by text or email, plus any flag we want to raise (broken gate, missing trash bin, low limb on the cabin roof).

    Monthly bill

    One flat charge on the first of the month. No itemized per-visit invoices. Pause for vacation, holiday, or any reason with 7 days' notice.

Frequently asked

  • How does Cottage Care work for second-home owners?

    We mow weekly, edge, blow off the hard surfaces, and send you a photo by Friday at noon. You get a property note if we see anything worth flagging. Billing is monthly flat-rate via auto-pay.

  • Do I need to be at the property?

    No — that's the point. Most of our Cottage Care customers are anywhere from a 90-minute drive to a six-hour drive away. The photo confirmation is so you don't have to be there.

  • Can I add Cottage Care to my existing weekly mowing?

    Yes. If you're already on weekly mowing and want to upgrade to Cottage Care (Friday timing, photo confirmation, property check, flat monthly billing), we'll move you over at your next billing cycle.

  • What if the property has a guest in it on Friday?

    We work around guests. Most of our Cottage Care properties have turnover Friday morning or Saturday morning — we slot before turnover when we can. If the property is occupied mid-week with a long stay, we shift to a different mid-week day with notice.

  • Do you also handle the inside of the property?

    No. We're outside only. We can recommend cleaners, property managers, and handyman services we know and trust if you need an inside partner.

  • What's a 'property manager volume discount'?

    If you manage 6 or more properties, we offer 5% off monthly Cottage Care; 16+ gets 10% off; 31+ gets 15% off plus a dedicated route day. Ask about a portfolio walkthrough.
